ERC completes drilling of 177 wells in African and Asian countries within U.A.E. Suqia initiative

The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has finished drilling of 177 wells in five Asian and African countries within the U.A.E. Water Aid campaign (U.A.E. Suqia), launched by Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to provide clean drinking water to five million people worldwide. Around 267,960 persons will benefit from these wells in Afghanistan, Tanzania, India, Ghana and Iraq.
