ERC distributes over 100,000 food parcel to affected people in Gaza

Abu Dhabi (WAM): The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has distributed more than 100,000 food parcels to the people of the Gaza Strip since the recent events in July. The ERC, in a statement yesterday, said that since the beginning of the events in Gaza , the authority immediately responded to calls for urgent help from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and international relief organisations. Six delegations of the Red Crescent led these teams into Gaza and distributed a large part of the aid to those affected and oversaw the distribution in coordination with the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.
