EU committed to Iran Deal: FM spox

Tehran, Nov 19, IRNA – European countries, especially the three signatories of the Iran Deal, are committed to the nuclear accord, said the spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in his weekly press conference on Monday. 'They are expected to prepare and operationalize the necessary mechanisms as soon as possible,' said Bahran Qasemi, referring to the Special-Purpose Vehicle proposed by Europe to counter US sanctions against Iran. Qasemi said, 'Due to different reasons, the process is slow; and we expect the three European signatories of the deal that are committed to it, to accelerate the process.' He added, 'We face a new phenomenon that has not existed before, so there are some ambiguities in finalizing and implementing it.'
