European Court of Human Rights recognizes territorial integrity of Azerbaijan

Baku, January 10 (AzerTAc). The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights rejected two appeals against Azerbaijan on Monday. According to representative of Azerbaijan to the European Court of Human Rights Chingiz Asgarov, Armenian resident of the Azerbaijani Gulustan village occupied by Armenia claimed his property rights had been violated in Azerbaijan while another case was associated with alleged destruction of the Armenian cemetery in Azerbaijan. The court ruled that Nagorno-Karabakh is the territory of Azerbaijan, which was occupied by Armenian armed forces. The Armenian aggression forced over a million Azerbaijanis from their homes.
