FIG World Cup in Baku: Winners in group exercises awarded

Baku, Azerbaijan, July 24 By Maksim Tsurkov – Trend: A ceremony of awarding the winners, medalists of the FIG World Cup Final in Rhythmic Gymnastics in group exercises with five ribbons, two hoops and three pairs of clubs was held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku July 24. Vice-President of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Altay Hasanov, FIG Secretary General Andre Gueisbuhler, head coach of Azerbaijani national team Mariana Vasileva, FIG technical delegate Daniela Delle Chiaie, member of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Executive Committee Rafig Behbudov and coordinator of the competitions Nurlana Mammadzade attended the event. FIG Cup was also awarded for four best results in nine stages of the 2016 World Cup. Russian and Belarusian teams won the cup in group exercises with five ribbons, two hoops and three pairs of clubs.
