PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN, THAILAND, December 14 (TNA) - International visitors are welcome to view more than 30,000 rounds of international fireworks to be fired in seaside Hua Hin District of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, along with sweet melodies, in honour of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej in seaside Hua Hin District of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province on December 21, 2013. Prachuap Khiri Khan Governor Veera Sriwattanatrakul told journalists on Saturday that the grand fireworks display, jointly organized by the Ministry of Defence and the Hua Hin Municipality, is part of his province's celebrations of His Majesty the King’s 86th birthday, which falls on December 5. According to the governor, the colourful fireworks, contributed by the Royal Thai Armed Forces, foreign allied countries and the Fireworks Club of Thailand, will be fired from five ships anchored off the coast. The governor said the caretaker government's leaders and senior officials will also view the firework display at a park in Hua Hin. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the world’s longest-reigning monarch, is now staying with Her Majesty Queen Sirikit at the Klai Kangwon Palace in Hua Hin.(TNA)
