FM MEETS MCC CEO

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Purevsuren Wednesday received a delegation led by Ms Dana Hyde, the Chief Executive Officer of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The Minister thanked the MCC for involving Mongolia in the second compact contract, and noted that the sides started a preparation for establishing this contract. In response, Ms Hyde said that the second compact contract will give big impetus to the Mongolia-USA relations and underlined that its main objectives are to ensure the economic growth and to augment investments in private sector. The sides also shared views on the contract’s features and necessary activities to be performed by the government.
