Foreign animations line up for Tehran Intl. Short Film Festival

TEHRAN,Sept.30(MNA) – Twenty-seven short animated films by directors from 17 countries will go on screen at the 30th Tehran International Short Film Festival, which will be held from October 14 to 28. “The Game” by Marcin Janiec from Poland, “Alienation” by Silvia Carpizo from Spain, “Standing up for Freedom” by Carlos Lascano from the Czech Republic, “Duo de Volailles, Sauce Chasseur” by Pascale Hecquet from Belgium and “Lumberjack” by Pawel Debski from Poland are among the animations. Cineastes from Austria, Taiwan, France, Argentina, Switzerland, the U.S., Argentina, Germany and several other countries have been invited to the festival. The animations will go on screen on October 17 and 18 at the Mellat Cinematic Complex.
