Foreign Minister arrives in Oman

Salalah, Sep.3 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, arrived in Salalah, Sultanate of Oman, and was greeted by the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs of Oman, Yousef Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah. The Minister of Foreign Affairs will head the delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the meetings of the sixth session of the Bahraini-Omani Joint Committee, which will be held in Salalah tomorrow (Tuesday). This Joint Committee meeting embodies the brotherly ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman and reflects their keenness to promote various aspects of joint cooperation in all fields. A number of senior officials from various government agencies of the two brotherly countries will participate in the meetings, as it will discuss the development of brotherly relations and means of strengthening bilateral cooperation and reviewing what has been accomplished since the fifth session.
