FOREIGN MINISTER OF SOUTH KOREA STARTS VISIT HERE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Mr Yun Byung-se Tuesday arrived in Mongolia to pay an official visit at the invitation of his Mongolian counterpart Mr L.Bold. At this time the two Foreign Ministers are holding the official negotiations. Upon completing them Mr Yun Byung-se will be received by the President Ts.Elbegdorj and the Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag. As supposed, the official talks are focusing on exchange of views on forwarding the Mongolia-S.Korea comprehensive partnership relations, on ways of broadening the cooperation in trade, economy and investments, and on easing the visa terms. They are also sharing views on affirming Mongolia’s position over a present situation in Northeast Asia and the Korean peninsula, on cooperating in talks for the Ulaanbaatar Initiative on Security in Northeast Asia and the Eurasia Cooperation Initiative by the South Korea’s President Park Geun-hye, and on fulfilling Mongolia’s goals to become a members of the APEC and the East Asia Summit (EAS).
