Four Countries Ready To Host Congress Of Int’l Islamic Resistance Poetry

Tehran, Nov 5, IRNA – Mauritania, Iraq, Yemen and Lebanon have so far expressed preparedness to host the Fifth Congress of Int’l Islamic Resistance Poetry, secretary of the fourth round of the event said on Monday. Addressing the closing ceremony of the event at Milad Tower’s Saadi Hall, Behrouz Esbati said that 30 poets from 24 countries participated in the event. They were form the Muslim and non-Muslim countries such as Armenia, Russia, India, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Arab states including Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, Algeria and Mauritania. The congress aimed to create solidarity and unity among the poets from different countries, he said./end
