Garuda To Serve Extra Malang-Jakarta Flights

MALANG, E Java, July 19 (Antara) - Flag carrier airlines Garuda Indonesia will serve Malang-Jakarta extra flights vise versa (Jakarta-Malang) during the National Working Meeting of the All Indonesian City Government Association (Apeksi) 2017 to be held in Malang City, East Java, on Muly 18-23, 2017. Garuda Indonesia's Sales and Marketing Manager for Malang, Muhammad Ardi Kurniadi said in a written statement on Tuesday that the extra flights will be carried out with the operation of Garuda's Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft. "We (Garuda Indonesia) will serve three flights per day on July 18 and July 21, 2017. These flights consist of two regular flights and and one additional with flight numbers GA2924 and GA2934," he said. He said the additional flight is part of Garuda's commitment to accommodating the people's and government's need for flight service access to the Apeksi national working meeting and Indonesia City Expo 2017. Kurniadi expressed hope that with the extra flight the people, both the Apeksi participants and tourists, would feel comfortable to fly directly to Malang.
