Gay sex is not offence, Delhi High Court verdict acceptable: Centre tells Supreme Court

New Delhi, Mar 21 (PTI) The Indian government today clarified its stand on homosexuality before the country's Supreme Court, saying it is in favour of decriminalisation of gay sex and that the Delhi High Court verdict in this regard is acceptable to it.
