GCC Education Ministers Arrive in Doha to Participate in First Founding Meeting

Doha , January 07 (QNA) - GCC Education Ministers arrived Doha Wednesday evening to participate in the first founding meeting ,which will be held here at Doha Sheraton Hotel on Thursday.   Arrived in Doha this evening were Kuwaiti Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Bader Hamad Al-Essa , UAE's Minister of Education Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi , Omani Minister of Education Dr. Madiha Bint Ahmed Nasser Al-Shaibani and Bahraini Minister of Education. Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi as well as Secretary -General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.   Upon their arrival at Hamad International Airport , they were greeted by HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education and Secretary General of the Supreme Education Council (SEC) Dr. Mohammad bin Abdul Wahed Al-Hammadi and HE the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Rabia Mohamed A-Kaabi. Saudi Minister of Education Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz is expected in Doha tomorrow morning. GCC Undersecretaries of Education Ministries held a meeting here today to prepare for the ministerial meeting. (QNA)
