GCC Standardization Organization Meets in Doha

Doha, May 24 (QNA) - The GCC Standardization Organization held Sunday in Doha its 21st meeting with Their Excellencies GCC Ministers of Economy, Commerce, Industry and Environment in attendance. HE Minister of Environment Ahmed bin Amer Al Humaidi chaired Qatar's delegation during the meeting. A statement released today from the Ministry of Environment said that the participants discussed and approved a report from the Secretary-General that discusses Quality standards as well as the metrology and training. The Secretary-General also discussed the organization's strategic plan for 2016-2020, which was ratified in Doha recently. (QNA)
