Haj security committee inspects tents in Mina, Arafah

Riyadh, Aug. 17 (BNA): Director-General of Ports Security, member of the Supreme Haj and Omra Committee and head of security committee, Brigadier Maher Buali has announced that as part of the security and safety of pilgrims in the holy cities, the security panel has begun inspection visits to tents in Minna and Arafah. These visits aim to check the safety measures at those tents, he said. The committee has also regulated the entry of Bahrain's vehicles and buses and met the managers of Haj caravans to inform them about traffic rules and transportation of pilgrims, he added.
