HE Foreign Minister Sends Message to NATO Secretary-General

Brussels, April 28 (QNA) - HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on Thursday sent a written message to the NATO Secretary-General, Jens Stoltenberg. The message was delivered by Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, the European Union and NATO, HE Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani, during a meeting with the NATO Secretary-General. Talks during the meeting dealt with the distinctive bilateral relations between Qatar and NATO. They also reviewed developments in the Middle East as well as the issues of terrorism and immigration and their impact on regional and global security. For his part, HE Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al -Thani, stressed Qatar's keenness on promoting and enhancing its relations with the NATO and other global organizations stemming from its belief in the importance of unifying efforts between the different spectra of the international community to maintain stability at the regional and international levels.
