Doha, July 23 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani sent Wednesday a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Oman on the occasion of the anniversary of his accession to the throne. (QNA)
