HE Qatar’s Labour Minister Meets US Senior Official

Doha, June 10 (QNA) -HE Labour and Social Affairs Minister Dr. Abdullah Saleh Al Khulaifi met here on Tuesday with Anne W. Patterson, the Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Senate Foreign Relations Committee,now visiting Doha. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and means of bolstering and developing them in addition to reviewing a set of other issues of mutual concern. HE US ambassador to Qatar Susan L. Ziadeh attended the meeting together with a number of senior officials of the labour and social affairs ministry. It is noted that Anne W. Patterson and Dr.Philip .H.Gordon , the Special Assistant to the President and White House Coordinator for the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf Region, are visiting Doha to attend the US-Islamic World Forum at Ritz Carlton Hotel.(QNA)
