HE Qatar Finance Minister and QCB's Governor Attend Arab Financial Institutions'Meetings in Tunis

Tunis, April 08 (QNA) -HE Qatari Finance Minister Ali Sherif al-Emadi and HE governor of Qatar Central Bank (QCB) are attending the annual joint meetings of the Arab Financial Institutions which began here on Tuesday. About 300 arab finance and economy ministers and governors of the central banks are attending the meetings which agenda includes assessment of these financial institutions' activities in 2013 and their financial and investment operations programme of 2014. The agenda also includes convening a meeting for the arab finance ministers'council and meetings of the board of governors of a number of arab financial institutions who are attending the annual joint meetings of the Arab Financial Institutions being held here. The Annual Meetings of Arab Financial Institutions are attended by representatives of the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), the Arab Investment and Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (DHAMAN), the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD), and the Arab Monetary Fund (AMF).
