HE Qatari FM Al Attiyah Partakes In Arab-China Cooperation Forum

Beijing, June 05 (QNA) - HE Qatari Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah led Qatar's delegation participating in the 6th ministerial meeting of the three-day China-Arab States Cooperation Forum (CASCF) will kick off here earlier Wednesday. The sixth ministerial meeting of China-Arab States Cooperation Forum (CASCF) will promote its ties with Arab countries in the political , economic and security fields, the exchanging of viewpoints on a set of regional and international issues of mutual concern in addition to following up the implementation of the agenda of the forum and discussing other matters of joint interest. The forum witnessed the signing of an action plan on cooperation in the health field between the Arab league general secretariat and the National Health and Family Planning Commission (NHFPC) of the People's Republic of China for the period 2014-16 in addition to signing a memo for cooperation in desertification area. Under the framework of the China-Arab Cooperation Forum, the two sides have established more than a dozen cooperative programs covering areas such as culture, finance, environmental protection, agriculture and infrastructure.
