Hezbollah Leader: Trump benefits from regional conflicts

Beirut, June 1, IRNA – Secretary General of Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said through a speech in Beirut that US President Donald Trump benefits from enmity between Iran and the Persian Gulf littoral states. Trump takes advantage from scaring the rulers of the Persian Gulf countries and making them be frightened by Iran, Nasrallah said while speaking on the occasion of the May 31 International Quds Day, the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan. The Hezbollah Leader said that the US President has given priority to economic war against Iran and other countries. In his speech, Nasrallah rejected the US-proposed Deal of Century which follows the removal of the Palestinian cause. Deal of the Century is a so-called US initiative to bring peace between Palestinians and the Zionist regime. It has been widely condemned because it has ignored the Palestinian nation's rights. The deal was reportedly made in cooperation with an agreement of certain Arab countries according to which, Holy Quds will be recognized as the capital of the Zionist regime.
