Doha, July 05 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Cape Verde George Carlos Fonseca on the occasion of his country's Independence Day. (QNA)
