HH the Emir Attends Cup Final

Doha, May 23 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended Saturday the final of HH the Emir Cup which took place between Al Sadd and Al Jaish. Al Sadd won the title after beating Al Jaish 2-1. HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, HH Personal Representative of HH the Emir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani and HE President of Qatar Olympic Committee Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani all attended the final. HE Speaker of Advisory Council Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi and a number of their excellencies ministers and Sheikhs attended the final. Other officials that attended the final include President of Olympic Council of Asia Ahmed Al-Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah and heads of sports federations from the Arab world. After the match, HH the Emir handed the trophy and the medals to Al Sadd and Al Jaish players and coaching staff. (QNA)
