HH the Emir Issues a Decree

Doha, August 21 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Thursday issued the Decree No. 37 of 2014 ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the exchange of news and cooperation between Qatar News Agency (QNA) and the Bulgarian News Agency signed in Doha on 11/03/2014. The decree shall have the force of law in accordance with the Article 68 of the Constitution. The decree is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
