Doha, February 28 (QNA) - HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, who is also the Chairman of the Supreme Education Council (SEC), will honor the celebration of Education Excellence Day for the year 2010/2011 on March 4.
