HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman attends Bahrain Trophy Race at Newmarket Festival

Manama, July 12 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Vice Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, today attended the 27th edition of the Bahrain Trophy race held as part of the Newmarket Racing Festival in the United Kingdom. During the festival, HH Shaikh Isa expressed his appreciation to the organisers of the festival, which has hosted the annual Bahrain Trophy since 1978 HH Shaikh Isa noted that the Bahrain Trophy race represents one of the preeminent flat races in the Newmarket calendar, and reflects Bahrain’s commitment to supporting and preserving the sport of horseracing under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
