HH Sheikha Jawaher Honours Winning Schools at Darb Al Saei

Doha, December 17 (QNA) - HH Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al -Thani, wife of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani attended this evening the closing ceremony of the student events hosted by the Al Fareej tent at Darb Al Saei, which was held as part of Qatar National Day celebrations. Her Highness honored the winners in the schools contest schools and gave away the shields to the first three ranks winners . The ceremony was attended by HE Minister of Youth and Sports Salah bin Ghanim al-Ali, who is also Chairman of the Darb Al Saei Organizing Committee. Khadija Primary School won the first rank by presenting a show on "sports in the Qatari women's lives" , second rank was achieved by Jawan bin Jassim Primary School for boys by presenting a review "the evolution of the sport in Qatar until the 2022 World Cup,", while Al Nahda Primary School for Girls came in the third place . Her Highness congratulated the participants and parents, and commended the efforts being made and talents and wished them success in the coming years. Participated in the ceremony today were four schools including Abdullah bin Zaid Primary School, and Jawan bin Jassim primary, Asma bint Abu Bakr Primary School and Khadija Primary School for Girls.(QNA)
