HM King congratulated by Ambassador to US

Manama, Jan. 19 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received a cable of congratulations from Bahrain’s Ambassador to US, Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa, on being awarded the Legion of Merit, Degree of Chief Commander, by US President, Donald J. Trump. The ambassador stressed that the prestigious award confirms the appreciation enjoyed by HM the King at all Arab, regional and global gatherings, noting that it is one of the fruits of the progress march witnessed by the kingdom during HM King Hamad’s prosperous era. He added that under HM the King’s leadership, Bahrain has become a role model for development and for building the society of justice in which the values of tolerance and coexistence among various ethnicities and sects prevail.
