HM King hails Kuwait fraternal ties

Manama, Aug.8 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa received today, at Al-Safriya Palace, Kuwaiti Finance Minister Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf and State Minister for Housing Affairs and Minister of State for Services Affairs Dr. Jinan Mohsin Ramadhan, Kuwait Airways Board Chairman Yusef Abdulhamid Al-Jassim, Civil Aviation director-general Yousef Sulaiman Al-Fouzan, Former Information Minister Mohammed al-Sanoussi, and former Kuwait Airways Chairman and former Information Minister Sami Abdullatif Al-Nesf. The government and media delegation arrived on a visit to the kingdom aboard Kuwait Airways’ inaugural flight which took off this morning from the new passenger terminal (T4) at Kuwait International Airport to Bahrain International Airport. They conveyed to HM the King greetings from the Amir of Kuwait His Highness Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Crown Prince His Highness Shaikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.  HM the King also extended greetings and good wishes to the Amir of Kuwait and the Crown Prince, hailing deep-rooted historic and steadily-growing relations binding the two countries and peoples.HM the King hailed the stances of the Kuwaiti leadership and people in support of Bahrain in all circumstances, taking pride in the solid historic ties between the two countries.  HM the King congratulated Kuwait Airways on the success of its inaugural flight after designating Bahrain as its first destination, which reflects outstanding relations and advanced cooperation. He hailed Kuwait’s landmark achievements, led by the Amir HH Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in line with his vision to turn Kuwait into a world-class business and financial centre by 2035.  The Kuwaiti delegation expressed thanks and appreciation to HM the King, hailing strong fraternal relations binding the two countries and peoples. They commended Bahrain’s landmark development achievements in all fields, led by HM the King, taking pride in solid fraternal ties. They also commended Bahrain’s stances towards the State of Kuwait.
