HM King receives sons, grandsons of late HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa

Manama, June 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, today at Al-Safriya Palace, received sons and grandsons of the late HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, whom expressed utmost gratitude for HM the King’s condolences on the demise of the deceased. HM the king praised the efforts and contributions of the deceased in the service of the homeland and Islam, pointing out his good opinion and high status. HM the king, in recognition of the deceased commendable efforts during his career, gave orders to establish a new college for Islamic studies specialized in teaching the sciences of Quran, Islamic Law and comparative Fiqh, and that to be named after the deceased name. HM the King highlighted the role of the deceased in enrichening and developing the Bahraini judicial march, saying the deceased have left remarkable prints in humanitarian, charitable, cultural and historical fields, praying to Almighty God to rest his soul in eternal peace. HM the King pointed out the unending giving of the Bahraini people in various areas and their dedication to protecting the national gains and achievements and maintaining values of tolerance, coexistence and social unity. The sons and grandsons of the deceased expressed sincere appreciation of the royal noble feelings, wishing HM the King good health and happiness to bring the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
