HONORARY DOCTOR DEGREE AWARDED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Institute of International Studies at the Academy of Sciences bestowed its honorary doctor degree upon Mr V.Samoilenko, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Mongolia, and Olga Bakich, a professor of the University of Toronto. The Ambassador is awarded for his contributions to developing of the Mongolia-Russia relations, especially the cooperation in scientific sector. Mr Samoilenko says a cooperation between any countries must be mutually beneficial. B.Khuder
