HRH Premier affirms priority for citizens' wellbeing

Manama, Apr. 19 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has affirmed that the ultimate goal of government projects and services is to ensure the comfort of the citizens across the kingdom. "Let the citizens in various areas be confident that the government is keen to determine their needs , and is doing its utmost to fulfill them, and that developing services and facilities in villages and cities tops the government's agenda," he said. HRH Premier affirmed that his direct interaction with the citizens stems from his desire to get assured on the extent of their satisfaction of the government services, which, he said, should always meet their expectations and ensure their well-being and prosperity. HRH Premier voiced the stances as he received at the Gudaibiya Palace today a delegation from the citizens of Hamad Town, in the Northern Governorate, led by MP Abdulhamid Abdul Hussain Al-Najjar, who extended to him sincere thanks and appreciation for allocating sites for services projects in Hamad Town, as well constant follow-up on the needs of the citizens across the kingdom, particularly in the Northern Governorate. They also lauded HRH Premier's efforts to foster development and progress nationwide, and backed all decisions taken by the government regarding domestic and external issues. HRH Premier thanked Hamad Town citizens for supporting all decisions taken on domestic and external affairs, particularly regarding the kingdom's participation in the "Operation Decisive Storm. He affirmed that Operation Decisive Storm was launched to address an imminent threat jeopardizing the region, protect legitimacy in Yemen, safeguard regional security and stability and foil attempts to drag the region to the abyss of chaos through foreign practices and interference. HRH Premier confirmed his personal follow-up on the progress of the implementation of vital service projects in the Northern Governorate to ensure they are fast-tracked, adding that everything that aims to make the citizens' life easier is given top priority. HRH the Premier called for concerted efforts and dedication in order to optimise national gains, stressing that prioritising and safeguarding national interests should be the goal of everyone in the kingdom. "Continuing the national action progress for the sake of advancing the nation and fulfilling the citizens' aspirations is our utmost goal, and we will achieve that based on the support of Allah Almighty and the cohesion of the citizens of Bahrain who have always set the best example of solidarity and unity," he said. "Building the nation is a responsibility shared by everyone, each according to their potentials, and we have to exert every possible effort to ensure a prosperous present, and more security and prosperity for the coming generations," he added. HRH Premier expressed delight at meeting Hamad Town citizens. "Your visit and the opportunity to listen to you have filled my heart with joy. I reaffirm to you that the voices of the citizens from across the kingdom's governorates and areas are heard and are allocated special interest by the government," he said, stressing the government's resolve to implement projects and provide services needed by the citizens, and will remove all obstacles impeding its efforts. The Hamad Town citizens expressed pride in HRH Premier's efforts to advance the nation and ensure its progress at all levels. They affirmed that HRH Premier is a role model of the leadership that prioritises the citizens and makes them the core of the development process, and an example in keeping doors open for all the citizens to express their opinions openly.
