HRH Premier: Terrorism the most serious threat to stability

Manama, Oct. 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman received at the Gudaibiya Palace today a number of senior state officials, and highlighted a number of local and regional issues. HRH Premier asserted that terrorism has become the most serious threat to the region's stability. "The state of instability prevailing in some countries has, unfortunately, become a fertile ground that breeds terrorism, which increases the risks of security deterioration in some Arab countries and its impacts on the stability of the region, as a whole," he said. HRH Premier affirmed that Bahrain boasts of outstanding scientific and professional competencies that proved their role and effectiveness in the national march towards more nation-building and development. In this regard, HRH the Prime Minister reiterated the government's constant keenness on creating a positive atmosphere that stimulates national competencies to be more creative and dedicated to supporting the government's efforts to enhance Bahrain's leading status in various fields.
