Interior minister receives Scottish MP

Manama, May 24 (BNA): Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received here today Member of the Scottish Parliament Lord Jeremy Purvis. Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowment Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Attorney-General Ali bin Fadhel Al-Buainain and British Ambassador to Bahrain Iain Lindsay attended the meeting that was part of efforts to enhance cooperation between security and judicial bodies. The Interior Minister hailed the historical ties bonding the two friendly countries. They discussed topics of common interests.
