Int'l Confab On Ports, Marine Structures Opens In Tehran

Tehran, Nov 19, IRNA - The 10th Biennial International Conference on Ports and Marine Structures (ICOPMAS 2012) opened in the presence of First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi here on Monday. Rahimi is to address the conference attended by several representatives from home and 30 other countries. Representatives from UK, The Netherlands, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Australia and Japan will present their lectures during the three-day event. The conference is aimed at strengthening regional cooperation and facilitating the exchange of scientific and technical experiences among consultants, contractors, specialists, professors and researchers of maritime engineering. The event will be wrapped up on November 21./end
