Iran Cultural Week To Be Held In Russia

Tehran, Sept 10, IRNA – Iran's Cultural Week will be opened in Moscow in the presence of Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini, Iranian cultural attaché to Russia announced here Monday. Talking to IRNA, Abuzar Ebrahimi Torkan said some 50 Iranian artists will showcase their artworks in the event which will be held from October 1-8, 2012. He added that several Iranian movies will be screened for Russian audiences during the week. Live Iranian traditional music is among other programs to be presented on the occasion. According to the agreement inked between Tehran and Moscow, Tehran would host Russian Cultural Week in 2013, he said./end
