Iran, Russia sign social, labor cooperation memorandum

TEHRAN, November 9. /TASS/. Russia and Iran have signed a memorandum on cooperation in social and labor spheres, Russian Labor Minister Maxim Topilin said on Monday following the talks with his Iranian counterpart Abi Rabiei in Tehran. "We agreed with Iran’s colleagues on cooperation in social welfare, pension funds, labor agreements, employment and labor migration spheres," Topilin said. "The sides will fulfil the cooperation through documents exchange, consultations with the both countries’ experts and joint conferences," the minister said. "Trade unions’ representatives and workers will be able to take part in the conferences." Read more
