Iranian Artists Forum to screen “It’s a Dream”

TEHRAN,Nov.25(MNA) – The acclaimed Iranian film “It’s a Dream” will go on screen at the cinematheque of the Iranian Artists Forum on Monday. Directed by Mahmud Ghaffari, the movie shared the Talent Tape Award at the Fribourg International Film Festival with Argentinean director Alejandro Fadel’s “Los Salvajes” in March 2013. The movie is about Roya, a resourceful young woman who is juggling loans to pay back a large debt. With her gift of gab and her determination to fight her way out, she finds herself at the top of a small Ponzi scheme that promises to be lucrative, but very soon the mechanism seizes up and her sense of control gives way to anxiety. Elham Korda, Hadis Miramini, Hamid Ebrahimi, Mehran Rajabi and Mehdi Purmusa starred in the film.
