Iranian FM, Bosnian top cleric hold talks on Muslims’ issues

Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hossein Amirabdollahian and Raisu-l-ulama of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Hussein Effendi Kavazović exchanged views about the situation of the Muslims and their common sanctities. The two sides also held talks on common issues related to Tehran-Sarajevo history and culture. During the talks, Kavazović appreciated the Islamic Republic for extending support for the Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Amirabdollahian left the Iranian capital for Belgrade, Serbia, on Sunday morning (December 4) for a two-day visit; then, he departed for Sarajevo and arrived in the Bosnian capital early on Tuesday.
