Iranian Hospitals Ready To Offer Medical Services To Wounded Gazans

Tehran, July 21, IRNA - Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi in a statement released on Monday said the Iranian hospitals are fully prepared to provide medical services to the people of Gaza who have been wounded in Israeli assaults. Denouncing inaction of international organizations towards massacre of innocent people of Gaza, the minister called on those bodies to help cease Israeli attacks and provide relief supplies to the wounded. Such actions are violation of human rights, he added. The statement noted that blocking routes of transferring food and medicine, repeated attacks on relief workers, ambulances, and medical centers in Gaza, preventing patients from leaving the Rafah border point for receiving medical treatment have so far claimed lives of several innocent women and children in that region. The minister also urged the international organizations to help stop the ongoing crimes against humanity and prepare the grounds for providing relief aids to the defenseless Gazans./end
