Iranian Quran Reciter Ranks 1st In Tunisia Int'l Contest

Tunis, Sept 5, IRNA – An Iranian reciter ranked first at the second International Quran Memorization and Recitation Competitions, ended here on September 4. Hassan Danesh was awarded by Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki on Tuesday. Quran reciters and memorizers from 20 world countries- including Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt, Algeria, Mauritania, UAE, Bahrain, Libya, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan, Russia, Oman, Morocco and Turkey- attended the international event./end
