Iranian Scholar Wins Dr. Notqi Intl Award

Tehran, Dec 29, IRNA – Professor Saeed Reza Ameli, currently teaching communications in Tehran University, will be presented an award named after Dr. Notqi, founder of public relations in Iran, during the Tenth International Public Relations Conference. According to the secretariat of the conference, he is the fifth individual to receive the award in recognition of his scientific efforts, services and research works. Ameli has so far written 18 volumes of books in Persian language and 16 volumes in English language as well as hundreds of articles in the fields of communications, information technology and public relations in the English, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic languages. He also served in different capacities including head of Scientific Society of Global Studies as well as a member of America Studies Department of Global Studies Faculty. Ameli has also won many scientific awards such as special prize of National Foundation of Elites in Tehran./end
