Iran's 1st VP Condoles Pakistani PM On Air Crash Tragedy
Tehran, April 22, IRNA – First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi in a message condoled Pakistani Prime Minister Yousef Reza Gilani over the death of a number of the country’s nationals in an air crash.
According to a report posted on the government’s website, the message said, “I cordially express condolences over the demise of your countrymen in a passenger plane crash.”
Sympathizing with the Pakistani government, nation and the bereaved families, Rahimi wished the families patience and the dead divine forgiveness.
Initial investigations into the air crash that killed 127 people in Islamabad on Friday have found that the fuel tanks of the ageing Boeing 737 exploded in mid-air./end
