Iraqi Foreign Minister Meets His Kuwaiti Counterpart

BAGHDAD / NINA / Foreign Minister, Ibrahim al-Jaafari said the depth of historical relations between Iraq and Kuwait represent a strategic dimension to the requirements of establishing the foundations of security and stability in the whole region. Jaafari, during a meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister of Kuwait, Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, on the sidelines of the conference / 42 / of the Foreign Ministers of Islamic Cooperation Council, held in Kuwait – appreciated Kuwait's positions towards the people of Iraq in its war against ISIS, noting that ISIS does not represent Islamic, state or an Arab or Iraqi, but an abnormal phenomenon reflects the oblique thought seeks to spread the culture of blood.
