Iraqi Vice President Calls For Japanese Companies to Contribute And to Rehabilitate Infrastructure Projects in Iraq

BAGHDAD / NINA / Iraqi Vice President Khodair al-Khuzaie called on Japanese companies to participate to work and contribute in the rehabilitation of infrastructure projects in Iraq and develop the Economic and scientific fields and exchange of experiences in order to serve the interests of the two peoples. Vice president, during a meeting with Japanese Ambassador to mark the end of his tenure , according to a statement his office today praised " the position of the Japanese government to support Iraq in its war against terrorism, stressing the importance of strengthening relations between the two countries in all fields and to benefit from the experience of Japan in the reconstruction of Iraq ." For his part, the Japanese ambassador " thanked the government and people of Iraq for the attention and care he has given as reprehensive of his country in Iraq , stressing his government's willingness to develop relations between the two countries and Japan's support for Iraq in its war on terror." / End
