Iraqis Flock to 18 Polling Stations Spread Over / 10 / Iranian Provinces to Cast Their Ballots in The Electoral Process

BAGHDAD / NINA / Iraqis in Diaspora flocked to a number of polling stations in different countries to cast their ballots to choose the new Iraqi parliament. The semi-official al-Iraqiya T.V cited that "Iraqis flocked on Sunday 27, April to 18 polling stations spread over / 10 / Iranian provinces to cast their ballots in the electoral process scheduled for Iraqis in Diaspora to elect the new House of Representatives. Iraqiya added , "The number of people who will cast their ballots in Iran is / 20 / thousand voters in addition to a number of other pilgrims. It indicated that" the number of voters in Jordan is between / 160 / thousand to / 200 / thousand voters and they will cast their ballots in 96 polling stations . It continued that: more than / 120 / thousand voters from the Iraqi community in Australia will cast their ballots in (6) polling stations . It explained that "the IHEC has opened an additional polling stations in Jordan , Lebanon and Syria to accommodate the number of voters in those states . / End
