IRNA chief says Iran has no unsolvable problems

Khorram Abad, Feb 27, IRNA – There are no crises and unsolvable problems in the country, said the head of the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) in Khorram Abad, western Iran. 'Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's visit to Iran illustrates Iran regional, strategic and political authority,' said Zia Hashemi on Tuesday evening. Hashemi said, 'Now it is proven to the US and the Zionist regime that attacking Iran is far more difficult than before and would be extremely costly.' 'The visit has a deterrent message for the warlike people.' Hashemi added that while the US said Iran would not see the 40 anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, the Islamic Establishment is very strong, now. Saying that Iran is different from Venezuela and Iraq, he added, 'People of Iran are behind the Islamic Establishment, despite problems.' Regarding the international policies of the US government, he said that it is 'a shame' that one man, sitting in the White House, tries to impose his will on all the world and big countries, such as European ones, China, and Russia. Touching on the recent issue happening in Iran, i.e. Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif's resignation, he said, 'Zarif is an outstanding diplomat; Trump has officially said that Zarif had deceived the US.' Hashemi also commented on Europe-Iran ties, saying, 'Europe seeks no wars in West Asia, but entering the military phase is in the interests of Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime.' 'Quitting the nuclear deal won't help prevention of war; if Iran withdraws from the deal, it will have helped the interest of the US, Zionist regime and Saudi Arabia.' He added that an increase terror attacks will make economic problems for Europe but will save Saudi Arabia and strengthen the Zionist regime. Follow us on Twitter @IrnaEnglish
