Mosul / NINA/ Elements of ISIS (Daash) cut paws of three children in the city of Mosul, north of Iraq on charges of theft, while threw a young man from a tall building in central Mosul, according to local residents. Locals told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / the elements of Daash cut the right paws of the three children between the ages of (12-13) years on charges of theft.
