Jaafari To Jakarta To Participate In The Ministerial Meeting Of The Asian-African Summit

BAGHDAD / NINA / Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari headed to the Indonesian capital of Jakarta to participate in the ministerial meeting of the Conference of the Asian-African Summit to be held there. Jaafari, according to a foreign ministry statement, will hold bilateral talks with Indonesian Foreign Minister Ritno Marsudi tomorrow, and will also meet the Iraqi community there. The statement noted that al-Jaafari will address Iraq in the ministerial meeting of the summit of the Asian-African, then leave to New York to participate in the meetings of the General Assembly of the United Nations for the Alliance of Civilizations to fight against terrorism, for the period from April 20 to 21 at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
